I didn’t get into med school.
That was tough to process—because for as long as I could remember, I just wanted to help people feel better.

Eventually, I realized it wasn’t about medicine itself. It was about care. About showing up for people in ways that actually make a difference in their lives.

So I pivoted. And I turned to food.

Why Lunchtastic Exists

At Lunchtastic, we believe healthy eating should be easy, affordable, and actually satisfying. Not complicated. Not overpriced. And definitely not boring.

We serve real, balanced meals—designed to fuel busy people with food that feels home-cooked, even when life is moving fast.

Whether you’re working a long shift, studying between classes, or just need something quick and nourishing, we’re here to make sure eating well doesn’t feel like a luxury.


How It All Came Together

It started with an idea:

“What if a vending machine could store fresh meals cold—and heat them up right there on the spot?”

I shared that idea with my husband, and instead of brushing it off, he built it. He and my father-in-law worked tirelessly to create a custom machine that met food safety standards and delivered meals fast—without cutting corners.

They added thoughtful safety features like:

  • A lockout if there’s a power outage

  • Real-time expiration tracking

  • A UV-lit venting blade that keeps things clean before each meal is heated

And then our friend Chad jumped in to bring the user experience to life—making sure the screen interface felt intuitive, clean, and even a little fun.

This business didn’t come from a boardroom. It came from a living room, a garage, and a lot of heart.

Lunchtastic was made possible by friends, family, and every person who believed in the vision when it was just an idea.

We’re not trying to be flashy. We’re not chasing trends. We’re here because we genuinely care about helping people eat better—without overcomplicating it or overcharging for it.
