Lunchtastic is Almost Here!

Hey there,

It’s been a long journey, and I can’t believe I’m finally saying this—Lunchtastic is almost ready to launch! 🎉

For the past year, I’ve been cooking, testing, tweaking, and repeating—all to create balanced, delicious meals for busy professionals like doctors, employees on short breaks, and anyone who just doesn’t have the time to meal prep.

Back in August 2024, I took a leap of faith and quit my job to chase this dream Full-Time. I wanted to make nutritious, satisfying meals more accessible, especially for those who don’t have the luxury of sitting down for a long lunch. Fast food shouldn’t be the only option, and I knew there had to be a better way.

With that vision, we built our own software to manage meal inventory in real-time, making sure that every vending machine is stocked with fresh, high-quality meals. It’s been a wild ride, but we’re getting so close!

I won’t lie—it’s scary knowing that soon, people will be tasting my food, forming opinions, and giving feedback. Not everyone will love it, and that’s okay. I’ll keep learning, improving, and growing.

More than anything, I want to educate the community that nutritious food doesn’t have to be boring or bland. You don’t have to give up your favorite meals to eat well—I’ll say it time and time again, it’s all about balance. That belief has shaped every recipe I’ve created.
